We generally ship your order within 2-4 business days.
Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Returns Policy
We do not accept responsibility for a product once it has left our shop, however, if a product arrives excessively damaged or a product is defective, we will evaluate the circumstances for replacement based on a case by case situation. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged, we will also refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges.
We do not accept returns of any item that is not in its original condition, or is damaged on your part.
All Special Order and Non-Stocked items are ordered/manufactured just for you, and therefore your order is non-cancelable and non-returnable.
Samples or books cannot be returned or refunded.

In showing fabric images, we do our best to achieve the highest level of color accuracy. However, we cannot guarantee how they appear to you. Colors may vary for many reasons including the way your computer monitors display colors. We recommend you to use the images as a guide, although most of our customers report that they find the real fabrics more beautiful than the images on the screen.
