This traditional Japanese-style cotton fabric features a printed Igasuri motif, inspired by classic ikat patterns. The design includes overlapping square grid shapes (approx. 3 cm / 1.2") and simple cross motifs (approx. 1.5 cm / 0.6"), evenly scattered for easy pattern placement across any cut.

Rendered in a classic deep red (Enji) hue—highly regarded in traditional Japanese textiles—this fabric is perfect for a variety of crafting and sewing applications.

Ideal for: yukata, jinbei, samue, homewear, aprons, noren curtains, partitions, bags, and Japanese-style interior decor.

Though it has a firm appearance like typical sheeting cotton, this fabric has a slight translucency. For garments like skirts, lining is recommended.
